Myjoyonline.com has intercepted a document containing payments of all judgment debts paid between 2004 and 2009.
The document enumerates judgment debts paid by the government of Ghana to individuals and organizations during that period in the form of compensations for wrongful termination of contracts and other reasons.
There have been controversies surrounding the manner in which the State paid several amounts of monies being judgment debts, including the controversial payments to businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome,construction firm, Construction Pioneers (CP).
