Ghana Under-20 coach Orlando Wellington has vacated his post, Joy Sports sources can exclusively confirm.
The 2009 World Youth Cup winning coach as an assistant to Sellas Tetteh, submitted his letter to the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on Tuesday morning.
The former Hearts of Lions and Berekum Chelsea technical head in recent times has recorded strings of unimpressive results.
A 2-2 draw with Namibia last Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium in the three-nation tournament in Accra facilitated his exit.
He also failed to qualify the Ghana Under-20 team from the Group stage of the 2011 African Youth Championship.
