AC Milan have revived their bid to sign Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez, according to reports in Italy.
The Serie A side were strongly linked with a move for the forward earlier this year in the wake of the Argentinian’s self-imposed exile from the Etihad Stadium.
Tevez, 27, was widely expected to leave City after a touchline dispute with manager Roberto Mancini during City’s 2-0 defeat at Bayern Munich last September.
However, Tevez apologised for his conduct and made an unlikely return to first-team action in March, with his contributions in the final third of the season pushing City towards the league title.
But despite making amends with Mancini, Tevez’s future is still unclear, and Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport claims Milan have submitted a proposal to City after positive talks with the player’s agent Kia Joorabchian.
