The country has grossed over 2.5 billion dollars from investments by foreign entities so far this year.
This represents the value of projects registered with the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre and capital that have come in.
Chief Executive of the Center, George Aboagye however tells JOY-BUSINESS they hope to record more than 3billion dollars by the end of this year.
“By the first of this year we had been able to do about 2.5 billion dollars which we were no where near about 3 years ago. So Ghana is in a different realm as far as attraction of investment is concerned and this is attributed to good governance, improvement in the service sector and development of our institutions among others” he noted.
