One of the two victims in Thursday's trailer accident at Anloga junction in the Ashanti Region has died.
Solomon Antwi died Friday after he sustained serious injuries when a trailer loaded with cement failed its brakes and veered into structures located just by the roadside.
Another victim, a 23-year-old girl is still in critical condition after the accident on Thursday, Joy News’ Erastus Asare Donkor reported.
Doctors say she sustained multiple leg fractures as a result of the accident.

It is not clear yet how the two sustained the injuries but the trailer was reported to have run into the dilapidated structures closer to the Anloga junction.
One person was trapped under the vehicle but has since been rescued.
But for a recent demolition exercise which reduced the congestion in the area, the accident would have been even more disastrous, eyewitnesses have said.
