“ We had bids from four companies namely the China Railway Sitchu Corporation, China Civil Engineering and Construction Corporation, China Communication and Construction Company and China Railway Wuju Group. This project is part of the 3 billion dollar loan form the China Development Bank and our portion is 500 million dollars. We’re estimating that it takes about 3 years to complete it” he noted.
