The Presidential candidate of the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has made a passionate appeal to student voters to go out in their numbers to vote in the December elections.
Nana Addo believes his free senior high school message and the attention the party wants to give teachers will convince the students to vote for the NPP.
He told the students of Akumadan Senior High School in the Offinso North constituency of the Ashanti region that his administration will make basic and senior high school education accessible to all Ghanaian children.
“We want to make it possible for every Ghanaian child to enjoy the privilege that you are having by being here,” he pledged.
According to Nana Addo, so many Ghanaians could not make it to school because "they had no money,” a barrier he said the NPP will remove in its next government.
