The second Transfer Window for the Glo Premier League opens Monday, 10th December for all clubs in the league.The Premier League Board confirmed that the registration of players can be done for both regular and reserve sides during this period.The transfer window will close two days after the first round of the league at 5pm on 8th January, 2013.
