The Institute of Taxation, Ghana, has lauded the corporate responsiveness of the AGAMS Group of Companies and one of its subsidiaries, Rlg Communications.
The Institute says the Group and its subsidiaries have shown examples worth emulating by other corporate firms in Ghana.
A former President of the Institute, E. F Asamoah made the commendation when he led a three-member delegation from the Institute to pay working visit to the offices of the AGAMS Group in Accra.
The delegation included the Honorary Secretary of the Institute, Rosemond Asante and the Executive Secretary, Richard Gyasi Kwaa.
Mr Asamoah said the strict compliance by the group to tax payments and practices are commendable.
He also praised the contribution of rlg towards tax education and administration in Ghana.
The delegation later presented a special award to the group.
The Chief Executive of ACI Financial Services, a subsidiary of the Group, Erick Houadjeto on behalf of the group expressed gratitude to the institute for the recognition.
He pledged the continuous support of the group to the institute in the coming years.
Present at the meeting were the chief internal auditor of the Group, Hajj Ankibu Abdul-Sallam and the Corporate Affairs Manager of rlg Communications, Mr Emmanuel Arthur.
