The flag-bearer of the New Patriotic Party, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has taken his “Restore Hope Tour” to the Trobu-Amasaman Constituency of the Greater Accra region.
The “Restore Hope Tour” has seen the NPP flag-bearer tour the constituencies of Ayawaso Central, Okaikoi South, Ayawaso West and Adetan, all in Accra.
The tour which was put on hold last week to pave way for the party’s annual delegates conference and national campaign launch last Saturday, resumed Monday with the NPP flag-bearer reiterating his promise to provide free SHS and resuscitate the NHIS if voted into office.
Akufo-Addo began the Trobu-Amasaman tour from the Amasaman lorry station, proceeding to the Amasaman Market where he promised to build a new market to replace the existing one.
The tour will take him to suburbs like Achiaman, Joman among others where he is expected to interact with the people.
