Coach of the senior national team of Ghana, Avram Grant has called off this evening’s training at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The Black Stars were scheduled to train at the grounds where the return leg for the FIFA World Cup qualifier against Comoros is to be played.
The official twitter handle for the Ghana Football Association confirmed that the Black Stars will not be training at the Baba Yara Stardium on Sunday evening. The team will however have its light training at their hotel.
Grant and his side will however train at the Baba Yara Stadium on Monday at 4:45pm.
The Ghana team travelled to Kumasi from Accra on Sunday morning after arriving from Comoros the day before [Saturday]. Training however went on successfully at the Accra Sports Stadium upon their arrival to the country.
The Black Stars play Comoros on Tuesday needing a win to progress to the next stage of the FIFA World Cup [Russia 2018] qualifier.
