Avram Grant’s agent Saif Rubie has surprisingly deleted tweets he posted regarding the future of Ghana coach Avram Grant
News broke on Thursday afternoon that Swansea are keen to hire the 60-year-old as their new manager following the sacking of Garry Monk.
However, rapidly took to Twitter to quickly dispel the rumor posting:
“On the record just to say as Avram Grant's agent that he is happy as the coach of Ghana Blackstars. Swanse have not been in touch.”
The Emirati however fueled speculation about a possible move when he further tweeted nothing can be ruled out in football.
“Everything can change in football however at this moment nothing new with Avram has been discussed and he is on official leave currently.”
Within a few minutes of both tweets, Saif deleted surprisingly deleted them to further spark more speculation.
Grant has huge experience of English football, having had spells at Portsmouth, Chelsea and West Ham.
