Berekum Chelsea coach Solomon Odwo has talked up the qualities of his striker Saddick Adams.
The trainer believes the former Ghana youth international is worthy of a place in the national after his exploits in the ongoing league.
Adams has scored six goals so far and for Odwo, he can hold his own when given a call up.
“The Black Stars head coach should go round and watch our league matches because we have quality players in our league,” he told Asempa Sports.
“Saddick Adams is one of the quality players we have in our league now and in my honest opinion he deserves a place in the Black Stars not because he is my player but because of his qualities as a player.”
“If we want better strikers to play in the national team, Saddick Adams is one of them because he has a good fighting spirit and can really score some awesome goals and when he is given the chance to play in the national team, some foreign based players will not be called back into the team again.”
“In our league match against Kotoko, our technical director, Oti Akenten and Coach Mas-Ud Didi Dramani also recommended him for the national team and I know when he is given the chance into the national team he will prove and establish himself.”
Adams is one goal behind current top scorer Latif Blessing who has seven goals.
