Best Western Premier Hotel, the award-winning four-star hotel, has appointed Emmanuel Ato Silva Quaye as its new Sales and Marketing Manager.
Emmanuel holds two masters in Psychology and Marketing and Brand Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and the Norwegian School of Economics respectively.
He also holds a Professional Postgraduate Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) UK.
Prior to joining Best Western Premier Hotel, Emmanuel worked at Regent University College as the Head of Communications and a Marketing Lecturer in the same university.
Emmanuel is an astute marketing professional and it is expected to bring his vast knowledge to drive significant growth in the hotel.
“My top priority will be fostering closer relationship with our cherished guests to ensure that their satisfaction is guaranteed at all times.” Emmanuel indicated.
Commenting on his appointment, the General Manager, Mr. Zibrim Yamusah observed that “we are confident in Emmanuel’s ability to lead efforts in delivering exceptional customer service and building a strong hotel brand equity.”
