Ghana's training programme, including media activities has been announced ahead of Friday's 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Zambia.
Monday
Training at the Accra Sports Stadium - 3:30pm
(Media interview opportunities - strictly for 15 minutes after training)
Tuesday - Two training sessions
Morning training 8:30am (Open to media and public) - No interviews
Evening training 4:00pm (Closed to public and media) - No interviews
Wednesday
10am - Team departs to Kumasi
4pm - Training to be held at 4pm at the Baba Yara Stadium (No media activities)
Thursday
(Black Stars team press conference: Time and venue to be confirmed)
5pm - Training to be held at the Baba Yara Stadium
