A 14-year-old Birmingham boy who admitted three counts of raping another boy aged seven has been given a three-year youth rehabilitation order.The teenager, who cannot be named, was described at Birmingham Crown Court as highly vulnerable.Judge Melbourne Inman ruled that he should undergo intensive counselling and treatment.The charges relate to offences dating back to February 2011. The court heard the case had caused hostility locally.As a result, the boy and his family had been forced to leave the area, the court was told.
