Defending champions Spain have become the first team to be eliminated from the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
With the Netherlands coming from 2-1 down to beat Australia 3-1, Spain needed to avoid defeat against Chile to take the group down to the final round of matches. However, a 2-0 loss confirmed their early exit from the competition.
