The Chief Executive Officer of Bridge View Resort, Edmond Ahadome has been nominated as the CEO of the Year in the hospitality category of the 2nd edition of the Ghana CEO and Vision Awards.
The purpose of the awards is to provide the utmost exposure and a thriving platform for CEOs to stay connected, relevant, ahead of the game and get verified via documentary films, awards and magazines.
The forthcoming awards ceremony, scheduled for September 30, 2023, will have the Vice President of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as the Keynote Speaker. The event will take place at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel in Accra

In addition to his distinguished legal career, Edmond serves as the CEO and founder of BridgeView , a thriving resort based in Akosombo, Ghana. He also leads the intellectual property practice at the firm, further exemplifying his multifaceted dedication to excellence in both business and law.
He has litigated intellectual property cases for a decade and advised clients in numerous industries and technologies to develop litigation strategies to further their business objectives. His litigation experience includes counseling fortune, 500 companies such as Nike, Adobe, Boston Scientific, Charter Communications, Time Warner Cable, Gilead, Sanofi, and governmental organizations such as the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS).
Prior to Law School, Edmond worked as a software engineer for five years analyzing and modifying existing remote monitoring software as well as developing and testing end-user applications for patients with implanted medical devices.
He has been recognized by numerous organizations for leadership and been awarded the Ghana Order of Merit by the Government of Ghana, Excellence in Business Award and Startup CEO of the Year by the Ghana Business Awards. In 2022, he was recognized as the overall winner at the Ghana 40 under 40 awards and named one of the Most Influential People of African Descent (MIPAD), in the Law and Justice Category (Great Legal Minds) during the U.N. General Assembly and also received the Presidential Award from the National Bar Association.
Edmond graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology (Pre-Med) from Concordia College, Minnesota, a Masters in Software Engineering from the University of Saint Thomas, Minnesota, and Doctor of Law (cum laude) from the University of Minnesota Law School.
He licensed to practice law in California, Washington D.C., Minnesota, and the Federal Circuit.
