Police in the Brong Ahafo region have vowed to stop Fulani herdsmen from entering the region.
They say some Fulani herdsmen have attempted to enter the country following the Ivorian crisis.
The Brong Ahafo regional police commander, DCOP Robert Ayalingo said his officers have foiled the attempt because the Fulani herdsmen did not use the right legal procedure.
He told Joy news that they are on alert at the regional borders and possible entry points to prevent the Fulani herdsmen from entering the Country with their cattle.
