Black Stars winger Christian Atsu is looking forward to beginning a fresh page in his career at Spanish side Levante.
Atsu confirmed his decision to join Spanish side Levante on loan for the rest of the season after an unsuccessful spell at Bournemouth where he was hampered by injuries.
However, the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations Most valuable Player in an interview with the BBC noted he's set to make the most of this new opportunity.
"I’m very happy I have finally moved to another club. It's a new challenge and as a player you should be able to play in any league.”
"Right now it's not about what suits or doesn't suit you. It’s where I will get time to play. I spoke to the coach and we had a very good chat and if I work hard there at least he will give me the chance.”
"For the last six months it's been tough. Nobody can change the past but I can change the future. I am going to Spain and I think it's a new challenge am going to work on.”
Atsu was recalled on January 1 from Bournemouth after he made no appearance for Eddie Howe’s side in the league.
But since returning to Stamford Bridge, Atsu made an appearance for the club’s Under-21s days ago against Queens Park Rangers’ youth side, scoring in a 5-0 win.
