Head coach of Dreams FC CK Akonnor is satisfied with his side’s output as they enter the final stages of their pre-season preparations.
The Kweiman side held Liberty to a goalless draw in their recent friendly after which the former Hearts coach expressed satisfaction with his side’s performance.
“Where we are now, depending on what we’ve worked on, I believe I am satisfied,”he told Asempa Sports.
The former Black Stars captain was however quick to admit the task ahead of the new entrants was no easy one.
According to Akonnor, he expects a difficult campaign but he was bracing his team up for the challenge.
“We should be ready. It is not a joke. We come into this division with a lot of respect for the other teams.”
“We know it will be difficult so we are preparing very well.”
“I want to win every match till the end of the season but I know it is not possible.”
“I can’t win every match and will also not lose every match. But we will work hard.”
Dreams will be playing in their first ever Ghana league and will be hoping to make an impact right from the start.
