The Ministry of Transport and Railways has endorsed recommendations by the committee tasked to investigate a rail accident on the Graphic Road in May this year.
The six-member committee among others faulted the communication equipment at the rail crossing and called for clear warning markings on the approaches to the rails where drivers should not cross immediately.
The sector minister, Mike Hammah has told Joy Business the appropriate agencies are expected to implement the recommendations.
