The Coalition of Concerned Teachers says it has suspended the four day hunger strike it begun Tuesday, in order to work on the legal processes. The coalition declared a four-day hunger strike on Tuesday to press home its demand for the resignation of the leadership of of GNAT and NAGRAT. Speaking to Asempa News on Wednesday, spokesperson for the group Ernest Opoku said the rationale behind the suspension of the strike is due to their respect for the law. He said they have now received a copy of the court injunction sought by the police to restrain them from embarking on the said industrial action. Story by Twum Barimah/Asempa News/Ghana
