A circuit court has handed death sentences to ten men in Atronie in the Brong Ahafo Region.
The men were convicted for their involvement in the mob action which resulted in the murder of the administrator of the Goaso Government Hospital in 2007.
There is a lot of wailing in the town with residents unhappy with the death sentences imposed on the men.
The townsfolk say the wrong people have been convicted for the crime and are appealing to President Mills to intervene to have the convictions reversed.
