Some residents in the Dangme West District in the Greater Accra Region are reportedly using polythene bags as condoms.
This revelation is contained in a survey report compiled by an NGO, Willway Africa.
It attributed the situation to a shortage of condoms in the district.
President of the NGO, Samuel Ohene Kwapong, told Joy News where they [condoms] are available the people cannot afford them.
