A distinguished technologist and leader in Ghana's digital transformation, Dr Prince Alvin Kwabena Ansah, has been named Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the Year at the 6th edition of the National Communications Awards 2024.
This prestigious accolade, awarded during the Digital Future Edition of the event, recognises Dr Ansah's remarkable contributions to the country's communications and IT landscape.
Dr Ansah currently serves as the CTO of Ghana Link Network Services, a pivotal company responsible for the development and implementation of the Integrated Customs Management System (ICUMS).
This system has revolutionised customs operations across Ghana, streamlining processes and significantly enhancing efficiency.
In addition to his role at Ghana Link, Dr Ansah is also the founder and CTO of Work Smart Ghana Limited, further solidifying his influence in the nation's tech sector.

This year's event, themed; "The Digital Future Edition" brought together industry leaders, government officials, innovators, and thought leaders to honour those who have excelled in various fields within the communications industry.
The selection criteria for the CTO of the Year award focused on excellence, innovation, leadership, impact, adaptability, collaboration, professionalism, and reputation.
Dr Ansah's accomplishments in these areas set him apart from his peers and earned him this distinguished recognition.
In addition to his award, Dr Ansah's recent conferment of a Doctorate Degree marks a significant milestone in his career, symbolising years of dedication, research, and perseverance.
