A circuit court in Tarkwa has granted bail to Solomon Eduful, a 28-year-old driver taxi driver, for reckless driving.
Eduful, who pleaded guilty to the charge, would re-appear before the court on July 26.
Police Inspector Florence Tawiah told the court presided over by Mr. Samuel O. Diawuo that on November 2, last year at about 1340 hours, the accused was driving a taxi cab towards Huni Valley.
The Prosecution said that the taxi knocked down the complainant and his daughter at the Pentecost Clinic area at Tarkwa.
Inspector Tawiah said the victims were rushed to the Tarkwa Government Hospital where they were treated and discharged
