Commercial drivers and domestic users of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) will heave a huge sigh of relief following delivery of the product to the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR).
There has been acute shortage of the product in parts of the country hampering business activities.
On Wednesday, TOR took delivery of 5,000 metric tonnes of LPG which will be supplied to the various outlets throughout the country.
Head of Public Relations of TOR confirmed the delivery to journalists on Wednesday.
There were leakages in the tanks of Tema Oil Refinery which made it impossible for TOR to take delivery of the product.
Aba Lokko said her outfit has sealed all the leakages necessitating the supply of the product.
She regretted the inconvenience the shortage of the product may have caused the users.
