The board of the Export Development and Agricultural Investment Fund (EDAIF) is taking steps to address concerns raised by small holder farmers in accessing the facility.
The farmers say the cumbersome process they go through at the banks discourages many of them from taking advantage of the fund to expand their ventures.
The concerns came up during a stakeholders meeting to deliberate on ways of enhancing support for agro farmers.
The Chairman of EDAIF, Professor Francis Dodoo says they have initiated moves to address the concerns.
