Striker Stephen Baffour Asare’s 44th minute penalty strike ensured Berekum Chelsea secure a 1-0 win over Hasaacas at the Golden City Park.
On Saturday, goals from Petrus Shitembi and Emmanuel Osei saw AshantiGold defeat Inter Allies 2-0 at the Len Clay Stadium and stretch their lead at the top of the 16-team standings to 6 points.
