Private Equity Fund Manager, Fidelity Capital has rebranded as Jacana Partners.
The move according to managers is to give the company a global appeal.
Jacana Partners, has a 40 percent stake in Fidelity capital and operates in six markets across West and East Africa with a focus on the SME sector.
Senior Partner, Stephen Antwi-Asimeng tells Joy Business the new partnership will expose clients and stakeholders to larger market.
“Entrepreneurs would receive capital from the investments we manage. But what’s more crucial for the success of a company is the pool of talent available to help to support and give them access to markets that they previously could not. This is what set the companies we manage apart from the others” he noted.
Jacana’s unique structure combines highly experienced private equity veterans from Europe with expert teams on-the-ground whose knowledge of the local business environment and contact networks are second to none.
