The estimates will cover only the first quarter of next year.
Finance Minister, Dr. Duffour explains to JOY-BUSINESS this would only be a temporary budget to ensure that government business does not grind to a halt in 2013.
“Anytime we go into elections we prepare provisional estimates of the first 3 months of the year for parliament to approve and then the new government will prepared the full budget” he noted.
