The moment is here again for property owners, developers, builders and enthusiasts to converge in Accra.
It is the 2023 edition of the Ecobank-Joy Habitat Fair.
The first clinic will commence today July 7, to Sunday, July 9, 2023, at Achimota Retail Centre.
The event offers opportunities for property owners to learn about house acquisition processes.
General Manager Sales and customer service at The Multimedia Group, Max Fuga indicated that this year's fair will include astute lawyers with experience in land issues to provide legal assistance on all aspects of housing, with a concentration on litigation.
"So one of the things that we have decided to do is to put together a team of seasoned lawyers who have specialised in land cases, to be there to help people with all those issues, to give them guidance to give them direction. The biggest thing we introduced this year is to put the experts together to provide a solution to people's needs," he told JoyNews.
It is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the interesting packages put together, especially, for patrons this year on the topic of Home ownership-affordability, comfort, or luxury.
This weekend's clinic will set in motion a series of smaller activities in a lead-up to the major exhibition later in September.
It is on the theme 'Affordability, comfort or luxury'.
