The New Patriotic Party’s aspiring Member of Parliament for Adenta constituency, Frances Essiam has urged the police to take a special interest in the spate of sporadic attacks on key members of her party.
In the last two months, some five members of the NPP, including herself have been attacked under bizarre circumstances.
Madam Essiam, who recounted how she was attacked to Joy News, said “...I wouldn’t say it is suspicious but I am saying that it may lead to a certain perception so I believe that the police must begin to look seriously at these attacks.”
