Users of Ghana Commercial Bank ATMs should by July this year witness a drastic improvement in services.
This follows on-going work to upgrade the IT platform which is expected to be completed in the next two months.
Users of the bank’s ATMs over the past years have had some challenges with the service.
But the bank’s Managing Director says this will soon be a thing of the past.
Simon Dornoo was speaking to Joy Business at a recent interaction with senior media practitioners.
“We are migrating onto a more efficient system and service providers have been selected on the basis of track record so we have no doubt that within the next three months this issue will be a thing of the past,” he assured.
