The Chief Executive Officer of FeDems Limited, Ing. Felix Atsrim has been crowned 2023 Best CEO in Engineering at the Ghana CEO Vision & Awards held at the Kempinski Gold Coast Hotel on Saturday night in Accra.
The award is in recognition of his outstanding contributions to engineering, and for ensuring timely access to quality services in both and public sectors.
The 2nd edition of the Ghana CEO Vision & Awards was on the theme; "The Role of Business Leadership Towards Achieving the SDGS in Ghana."
The iconic awards scheme seeks to identify, honour and celebrate a cross-section of the nation’s most influential and accomplished CEOs, who have stayed relevant and used the power of ideas to impact lives and the country in general.
Speaking to the media after receiving the all-important award, FeDems Limited's CEO, Ing. Felix Atsrim expressed his gratitude to God, his staff, family and the Church of Pentecost for their support over the years.
Ing. Felix Atsrim added that, for a a company that started from a humble beginning, he's overwhelmed at what it has been able to achieve now.
He praised his father, Lawrence Atsrim and Dr. Joseph Siaw Agyepong, CEO of the Jospong Group of Companies for their inspiration and support to him over the years.
The event was attended by renowned dignitaries including the Vice President of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Harriet Thompson, the British High Commissioner to Ghana, H.R.M King Tackie Teiko Tsuru II, the King of the Ga state, Mark Okraku-Mantey, Deputy Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, H. E Charles Abani, United Nations Resident Coordinator, Ghana, H. E Javier Guitierrez Spanish Ambassador to Ghana, and several other dignitaries.

Ing. Felix Atsrim is a consummate engineering and project finance professional, who has carved a niche for himself both in the public and private sector in Ghana.
He has provided consultancy services to many reputable organisations including the Jospong Group of Companies, Zoomlion Ghana Ltd., Ministry of Local Government, Decentralisation and Rural Development (MLGDRD). Others are HGL Farms, Glofert, Ghana Railway Development Authority, Local Government Service, the District Assemblies and Pentecost University.

Felix has had a stellar professional career, starting his career as a Geodetic Engineer and Topographical Survey Specialist with Associated Consultants on the construction of the Achimota Transport Terminal Extension, Millennium Development Authority (MIDA), and the Volta Regional Road Projects from 2008-2011.
From 2009-2011, he was the Topographical Survey Specialist of the Millennium Development Account (MiDA) project for SAI/ACON JV. Thereafter, from 2012-2014, he was appointed as the Road & Drainage Design Engineer of the Pentecost Convention Centre-Gomoa in the Central Region.

Moving on, Felix joined Road and Drainage Consultant-State Housing Corporation in June 2015 and worked as the team lead for the Phase three of the Budumburam project and was also a consultant for the Western Railway Survey between 2014 and 2015. He also worked as an Estate & Development Manager for Pentecost University from the year 2012-2018.
Ing. Felix K. Atsrim has his eyes glued on knowledge acquisition and skills development. He combines his professionalism with cultural intelligence to carry out his duties making him an exception.
He holds a BSc. In Geomatic Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and MSc. in Construction Project Management from the University of Manchester (UK), and is a proud old student of PRESEC-Legon.
