Organizers of the ongoing Ghana Oil and Gas Summit say the three-day meeting will offer local businesses the platform to engage international giants in the industry.
The summit put together by CWC and Kros Ghana is expected to be the platform for players in the industry and policy makers to look at ways to develop the sector.
It will also facilitate interaction between policy makers, local and international operators as well as potential investors.
Chief Executive of KROS Ghana Yaw Kankam told Joy Business, one of the highlights will be the local content session.
He said the summit won’t be a talk shop, emphasizing “we are telling them (participants) how to secure jobs within the oil and gas industry.”
The summit will feature distinguished speakers including the Vice President John Dramani Mahama, Chief Executive of Tullow Oil - partners in the Jubilee Oil Field, and other international experts.
