The male Under-20 team will begin their qualifying campaign for the 2013 African Youth Championship against Uganda in the second round.
The Black Satellites drew a bye in the first round stage of the qualifiers as 24 teams compete for places in the second round.
Orlando Wellington's team will be away in the first leg in Kampala against the East African nation on the weekend of 27-29 July before Ghana stages the return a fortnight after.
Uganda beat Mozambique over two legs to set up the date against the Black Satellites.
The Black Satellites, two-time African champions, 1999 and 2009 - is gunning for a place in the finals to be hosted by Algeria next year.
