Berekum Chelsea defeated Hearts of Oak by 2-1 in an outstanding premier league at Golden City Park on Thursday.
The visitors opened scoring through Isaac Ofori in the 32nd minute and was cancelled by Chelsea's captain Abdul Basit through a spot kick after Referee Ali Musah Plato awarded a penalty against Hearts.
After recess, Chelsea pinned the Phobians into their half with Hearts tactically soaking the pressure.
Both sides were guilty of several missed chances as Hearts, struggling to cope with Chelsea's numerical strength kept on delaying play.
But in stoppage-time, Chelsea beat the off-side trap which allowed Basit to slot home the match winner, which was his second goal on the day.
And the goal riled the Hearts bench who protested the goal.
