Two second half goals by Hearts of Oak handed them all the spoils in the Accra derby against Liberty Professionals.The Phobians won 2-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday to climb to eighth on the standings and claim the derby bragging rights.Goals from Robin Gnagne and Ashitey Ollenu gave the Phobians their third win of the season and coach David Duncan's first in his second game in charge.Gnagne put the Phobians in front from the spot when he sent goalkeeper Daniel Agyei the wrong way in the 70th minute. It was the Ivorian import's debut Premier League goal.Four minutes later, Ollenu finished off Liberty when he planted the ball into the net after Mahatma Otoo laid the ball through the defences of the visitors.
