The Electoral Commission (EC) boss was on BBC Africa on Thursday talking about the litany of court cases against it and other issues.
Charlotte Osei in the interview insisted the Commission acted in accordance with the law when it disqualified 13 Presidential Candidates from contesting the December elections.
She also noted that the Commission is happy that the disqualified candidates headed to court to challenege the decision and not the streets.
