On the subject of armed robbery various actors are saying many things:

"I'm unable to sleep. I sleep and suddenly I wake up. I wake up even when I hear a pindrop," a pregnant robbery victim cries.

"In our community, armed robbery is becoming too much. They rob even during the day time," an assembly woman at Dansoman in Accra laments.

"These weapons are not sold in the open market. These are weapons that are sold to states because they are weapons that are used for defending countries and yet these weapons are found in the hands of ordinary people," Jones Borteye Applerh, Acting Executive Secretary of the Ghana National Commission on Small Arms tells Hotline.

Tune in to the programme this Thursday at 8:30am on the Super Morning Show on Joy FM.
