The Ghana Football Association(GFA) on Monday announced Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd. as a new partner of the Black Stars.
The Chinese company becomes the Technology and Information partner of the men’s national team ahead of Brazil 2014.
Both parties have agreed a one-year deal which is valued $100, 000.00 in cash plus telecom products.
“I would like to welcome on board Huawei and wish they enjoy their sponsorship package with us,” GFA President Kwesi Nyantakyi said.
Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd which is the eighth sponsor to come on board the Black Stars brand joins a rich list of high profile sponsors as they likes of GNPC, Cheki.com.gh, Unibank, Blue Rose, Guinness, Puma and the Rice masters are all on board to help the Black Stars achieve their aim of winning the 2014 Fifa World Cup.
