The Ketu South District Security Council is demolishing illegal structures at the Aflao border.More than a hundred structures have been demolished in the first phase of the exercise.Also to be affected is a lorry station which officials say poses a security threat at the Aflao border.DCE for Ketu Bernard Frank Amable tells Joynews the exercise will curb criminal activities around the border.He said people have taken advantage of the hospitality of Ghanaians to indulge in criminal activities and the demolition exercise is geared towards mitigating the alarming crime rate in the area.Mr. Amable is hopeful the exercise will make the border safer to attract investor s into the country.Source: Joy News/Myjoyonline.com/Ghana
