Singer-songwriter Efya has called on artistes she has unreleased songs with in the past three years to reach out for new verses.

According to her, so much has changed for her in these past years thus the music she verses she recorded in those songs are not reflective of who she is now.

In a tweet on Monday, she noted that she is not the same person musically, sonically, lyrically.

Efya stated that she would not authorise the clearance for the song if an artiste fails of any artiste to reach out for new verses.

“PS:..!! If I did a verse for u n it’s past 3 years .!! PLS DON'T DROP THAT SONG ..!! I AM DEFINITELY NOT the same person ..musically.. sonically..lyrically .kraaaa ma sesa..so do the right thing .. n come for the better verse from the NOW ME …or u n heaven go clear the song.(sic)"

Following her post, rapper Worlasi sho is yet to release his song No Technology with Efya noted he would reach out for a new verse.

"That verses is sexy tho but I’m gonna make that bitch sexier 😍🔥🐉 let’s fuck it up !!! #NOTECHNOLOGY 👅"

In an interview in December 2021, she had revealed she had gone through a lot of “learning and unlearning” following a world shaken by a pandemic.

Meanwhile, she has promised her fans she would be releasing new music soon. The artiste although has been working with other artiste has not released a solo project since her song "The One' featuring Tiwa Savage released in 2020.
