The highly-anticipated Shabach Praise and Worship Festival, hosted by gospel musician Jack Alolome, will take place at the National Theatre on Sunday, 5 October 2025, at 4 pm.
The event is expected to be a powerful evening of worship and celebration, featuring a stellar line-up of gospel artistes. These include legendary veteran Elder Kwasi Mireku, inspirational singer Hannah Marfo, celebrated gospel artiste and police officer ACP Kofi Sarpong, dynamic worship leader Piesie Esther, award-winning Empress Gifty, seasoned musician Kofi Owusu Peprah, acclaimed performer Noble Nketiah, and the Voice of Pentecost Choir.
The word Shabach is derived from Hebrew and means “to shout, address in a loud tone, or to speak about, give testimony of God.” It signifies a loud expression of triumph and praise, often associated with testimonies of deliverance and redemption.
According to organisers, the Shabach Praise and Worship Festival will be a unique moment of thanksgiving and celebration of God’s goodness through pure, spirit-filled worship.
Patrons are encouraged to mark their calendars for 5 October, as the National Theatre prepares to host what promises to be an unforgettable night of music, faith, and praise.
