Japan Motors Trading Company has been recognised to be amongst the top 10 Sales Companies globally for the year 2009 by Nissan.
National Sales Companies (NSC) representing the Nissan brand are evaluated according to strict criteria. The award was won in the year 2008 making it the second year consecutively.
Mr. Jimmy Dando, NISSAN African Regional Office Manager in presenting the awards said, JMTC was highly recognised in its performance having achieved new vehicles sales objectives as well as market share growth.
"Whilst creating a demand and presence of Nissan vehicles in the Ghanaian market, MTC continued to focus on ensuring that Nissan’s best practise and business processes are aligned with customer expectations and delivered through the brand, product and service."
Mr. Dando further added that “customer satisfaction is a global Nissan focus and it is imperative that the voice of the customer reflects satisfaction with exceptional customer service received”.
He said JMTC continues to perform at the highest level resulting in customer retention and increased perception of the Nissan Brand within the market.
