MOBO-nominated rapper JBEE has released his new single, ‘DTB’ and announced his highly anticipated debut mixtape, ‘HBK’ (Heartbreak Kid), which is dropping in July.
Having garnered worldwide support for his music amongst rap fans and beyond, JBEE has been busy in the booth and ‘DTB’ is another example of what to expect from his debut mixtape.
Produced by multi-platinum producer Hargo (Central Cee/Digga D), ‘DTB’ embodies his signature sound that we have got to know and love from the rising North London rapper.

The Hargo production gives JBEE a license to express himself and contemplate the struggles of his newfound fame, trusting people and showing love and appreciation to God and his family.
The Ghanaian-UK based artist broke onto the scene in 2021 with his viral hit ‘4 am’, which caught the attention of Lo-fi Drill lovers and has now racked up over 80 million streams.
He followed the success with a ‘Next Up’ freestyle which has become the third most watched ‘Next Up’ and has accumulated 79 million streams and counting.

Only 20 years old, JBEE hasn't wasted any time and has steadily become his generation's voice and a positive role model.
His cult following is multiplying daily, bagging over 3 million monthly listeners on Spotify, with his fanbase stretching to Australia and dedicated support throughout Europe.
JBEE has given a teaser of what is to come this year with his highly anticipated debut mixtape, ‘HBK’ about to drop there is no telling how far this young artist can go.

With a top 100 single, a nomination for MOBO’s best newcomer and co-signs from tastemakers including BBC Radio 1xtra & Kiss Fresh, global success is within JBEE’s reach.
Listening to his music catalogue is like flipping through his diary, and the Lo-fi charm he has pioneered is infectious. JBEE has already performed alongside A1xJ1 at the O2 Islington, and performances at Wireless, Reading & Leeds Festivals followed.
Following his recent collaboration with Ghanaian singer Gyakie on ‘Scar’, JBEE has announced that he will perform at Listen Out Festival in various locations across Australia and New Zealand alongside Ardee and Ice Spice.
