Jeffrey Nortey has been named Screen Icon of the Year at the 7th edition of the Ghana Entertainment Awards USA, held on Saturday, September 27, 2025, at the Avenue Event Space in South Hackensack, New Jersey.
The annual ceremony, which honours Ghanaian and African creatives at home and in the diaspora, was used this year to salute the living legacy of Ghanaian music and film with a full night of live band performances and a focus on highlife heritage.
