The Executive Director of Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana (IHRMP) Mr. Ebenezer Agbettor has called on its members and the general public to participate in the upcoming 3-day workshop being organized by the institute on Job Evaluation and Salary Administration.
Starting on Wednesday, participants will learn how to objectively evaluate jobs and classify them into pay bands on the basis of their relative worth or value.
